Mint oil mixed with eucalyptus and a tablespoon of essential oil (eg olive oil) is an excellent recipe for migraines. The mixture is perfect to massage gently in the temples, so you can feel the relief immediately. Mint steam bath face
If you have oily skin, acne or a tendency for pimples and clogging of the pores, try inhalation with the addition of peppermint essential oil. Add a few drops of the oil to a bowl of hot water, then lean over the bowl and cover the head with a towel. A dozen or so minutes of inhalation 1-2 times a week effectively cleanses the complexion and unblocks the pores.
The oil should not be applied directly to the skin without dilution. In addition, excessive use of peppermint oil can cause sleep disturbance.
