In addition, the substance that is the main ingredient of lemongrass oil - citral - has been recognized as an anti-cancer substance.
Massage with essential oil for stomach problems and muscle aches
A few drops of lemongrass oil dissolved in grape seed oil or other base oil should be gently rubbed into the skin. Such massage helps to heal indigestion and stomach infections, stimulates appetite and soothes the digestive system. Massage is also recommended for athletes after injuries or exhausting workouts.
Or maybe a lemongrass deodorant?
Lemongrass essential oil has strong refreshing properties. It effectively neutralizes unpleasant odor, thanks to which it is easy to make a natural deodorant with it. Just about 20 drops of oil mix with 1/4 glass of soda. Excess of the deodorant applied to the skin can easily be removed with a tissue.
Lemongrass oil should not be applied directly to the skin without dilution. It should not be used by pregnant women.
